Round to of my acne treatment journey in Bali - This time in Skin Studio, Umalas. Thanks to the Beauty in Bali team, I got the chance to experience the 🔥Fire & Ice Facial❄️ at Skin Studio, and I must tell you guys all about it.
Hi everyone, I’m Sheila - a BIB reviewer, and I am currently on an adult acne journey, which occurred suddenly when I moved back to Bali a year ago. Do you have the same experience? Then this facial might be something for you.
🧖 Treatment: 60-minute Fire & Ice Facial
🎯 Targets: Fine lines, acne, uneven skin tone, dullness, hyperpigmentation
⚡️ Claimed results: Brighter complexion, reduced acne and fine lines.
I recently tried the 60-minute Fire & Ice Facial at Skin Studio in Umalas, Bali, and I finally understand why it has such a loyal following. With minimal downtime and instant results, it’s an excellent option if you want a refreshed, radiant complexion. It targets fine lines, acne, uneven skin tone, and dullness, perfect for anyone looking to give their skin a boost. Plus, if you're a regular at Revive+Pilates Umalas, it's just a 2-minute drive away, making it super convenient.

First Impressions - Acne Treatment in Bali
Walking into Skin Studio feels calm, clean, and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hana, who is warm, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. Before starting the facial, she conducted a quick skin assessment and walked me through the treatment process. I appreciated how thorough and patient she was, answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their skin concerns.
What Is the 🔥Fire & Ice Facial❄️ ?
This facial is a two-phase treatment designed to resurface and rejuvenate the skin using botanical exfoliation and deep hydration. The "fire" phase involves an intensive resurfacing mask that works to remove dead skin cells and stimulate new cell turnover. This helps smooth and brighten the skin. The "ice" phase follows with a cooling mask that calms, hydrates, and soothes the skin while boosting circulation for a natural glow.
Unlike more invasive treatments, the Fire & Ice Facial offers visible results with little to no downtime. It’s rare to find in Bali, and Skin Studio is one of the few clinics offering this treatment.

The Treatment Process
The facial itself is a 10-step process tailored to target fine lines, acne, uneven skin texture, and dullness. My acne-prone, oily skin handled it surprisingly well, which was a relief. Here’s a breakdown of the steps:
Step 1: Double Cleansing – A thorough cleanse to remove any makeup, sunscreen, and impurities.
Step 2-4: Fire Phase 🔥 – This includes an intensive resurfacing masque with glycolic acid, retinol, and botanical extracts. It felt warm and tingly, but it was manageable and not uncomfortable.
Step 5: Extractions – Usually, this part can be painful, but thanks to the softened skin from the previous steps, it was surprisingly gentle.
Step 6: Lymphatic Massage + Cooling Mask ❄️ – The cold mask infused with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and antioxidants felt incredibly soothing.
Step 7-10: Final Touches – Dr. Hana applied an eye serum, facial serums, sunscreen, and even a bit of lip balm to complete the treatment.
The Aftermath
Day 1: My skin felt slightly tight but noticeably softer. It had a radiant, post-facial glow that almost looked like a real-life filter.
Days 3-6: My skin stayed fresh and less oily despite Bali's humid climate. I even skipped makeup because my complexion looked brighter and more even-toned.
Day 7: By the end of the week, I could still see and feel the difference. It’s the kind of treatment I could easily see myself adding to my regular skincare routine.
What I Loved (and What I Didn't)
The Good:
Immediate, visible results: My skin looked brighter, smoother, and less oily within days.
Minimal downtime: I could go about my day immediately after the facial without any redness or peeling.
Expert care: Dr. Hana’s attention to detail and personalized approach made the experience feel extra special.
The lymphatic massage: This part was the ultimate treat. I only wish it lasted longer!
The Not-So-Good:
Slight post-treatment tightness: This wasn’t uncomfortable, but it was noticeable on the first day.
Breakouts: I did experience a small breakout afterward, but I’ve been told it is a part of the purging process.
Final Thoughts
I’m hooked on the Fire & Ice Facial at Skin Studio Umalas! With no downtime and instant results, it’s both effective and comfortable. The highlight for me was the refreshing lymphatic massage, I only wish it lasted longer because it was so soothing and added a luxurious, therapeutic touch.
This treatment combines gentle yet powerful chemical and mechanical exfoliation. The resurfacing phase removes dead skin cells and promotes cell turnover, while the cooling phase calms inflammation and supports lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness and improving circulation for long-term skin health. It effectively targets fine lines, acne, uneven tone, and dullness while delivering visible results without irritation. For acne-prone, oily skin like mine, finding a facial that doesn’t trigger breakouts is a win. Plus, Dr. Hana assured me it’s safe to do monthly, even for sensitive skin or during pregnancy.
I put the results to the test during a busy week in Bali’s humid, rainy season. Despite the environmental stress, my skin stayed balanced and noticeably less oily. Overall, the Fire & Ice Facial at Skin Studio is a must-try for anyone seeking a non-invasive, results-driven skincare experience in Bali. With Dr. Hana’s expertise and personalized care, you’re in great hands. If you want a refreshed, radiant complexion, I highly recommend giving it a try, your skin will thank you!

This is your first post…” nên cảm giác quen quen như mấy site mới dựng.
97j777.com was mentioned in a couple posts, so I opened it mostly out of curiosity to see how the interface feels. First thing I noticed is the navigation isn’t a mess—everything seems grouped in a way that makes sense, so you’re not clicking around blindly trying to find your way back. I’m also a fan of how the page is laid out in neat chunks instead of one huge scroll of text; it makes it easy to skim and pick up what you need without getting overwhelmed. Nothing felt jumpy when moving between pages either, which is a small thing but it helps. Overall it just felt straightforward to browse, with clean sections and tidy info blocks that are easy…
