I absolutely loved the cocoon-shaped lamps in each massage room. They give off such a cozy, comfy vibe, like the room is saying, “Stay a while, you deserve it.”

The massage rooms have calming indigo blue walls, while the outside area is painted a warm, soft white that adds to the inviting atmosphere. The lounge area looks sleek and luxurious, with three spacious, comfy chairs that make the massage treatment a pleasure. Everything here feels clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed to help guests relax and just feel good, a hallmark of a quality massage place in Canggu!

During the consultation, I explained that I spend most of my time working at a computer from 9 to 5, so my back and shoulders often carry a lot of tension. She listened attentively, confirmed my preferences for pressure (medium to firm), and suggested adding more focus on my upper body to help release stiffness. We also discussed the oils, and I chose a woody essential oil blend for its grounding, calming effects. It felt reassuring to know my treatment would be completely tailored to how my body was feeling that day. For my session, I took the Foot Ritual followed by the Ooma Signature Massage.

Right from the start, the therapist checked my preferred pressure and any areas to avoid, showing real attention to detail. Throughout the massage, they maintained consistent pressure, adjusting based on my feedback.

The massage expertly combined traditional Balinese techniques with modern touches like a warm pad on my shoulders and belly. Nothing felt rushed; the therapist took their time, making sure I felt fully relaxed. Knowing that the therapists are trained by a professional from New Zealand only added to my confidence in their skill and care. Plus, the in-house Lavender and Woody essential oils smelled fantastic, rounding out the experience at this massage place in Canggu.

As a lover of high-pressure massages, this one was spot on: firm enough to melt away stubborn knots, yet still soothing. The cooling face mist at the end was the perfect touch. I took some time to reflect and absorb the experience while enjoying a soothing hot tea (by the way, the soothing hot tea comes with a cute surprise you’ll have to see for yourself!). Honestly, just like their concept, a cocoon (which you can also see in the lamp shapes of their massage rooms). I walked out as a butterfly, feeling fresher, recharged, calm, and ready to start my day again, this time with way more ease!
